THE BASEBALL TRIP 2016

Day 8 - Monday, July 18.

Change of plans...we are motoring to Toledo, not Dayton. The triple A Mudhens will be an easier drive. As if any drive is easier about now.

The Mudhens belong to the Detroit Tigers (Triple A), and tonight they play the Pawtucket Red Sox. The Mudhens prevail, 7-5. Here are some shots of the ballpark:

Later that night we found a hotel, and we watched the Republican convention from the air conditioned comfort of our room.

Random observation from Randy: I picture people all over America, you know, like the Monty Python skit...people all over America are spontaneously exploding.
